Shipping Policies
Standard Processing Times:
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days. Holidays, busy holiday seasons, severe weather and out of stock items can sometimes cause shipping delays. In the rare situation that an item becomes out of stock by the time your order is processed, we will email you to alert you and see how you would like the situation handled.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, the shipper will send you an email that includes shipment information and your tracking number. Please check your "junk" and "spam" mail folders in case it is routed there.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order shortly after originally placing it, we will do our best to try to cancel the order for you. To request a cancellation, please immediately contact us by phone. Our contact information appears below. In some situations, however, are are not able to cancel your order. Please do not place an order if there is a possibility that you may want to cancel it.
Once shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.
Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Orders:
Once we receive a delivery confirmation showing your package has been delivered to the address given, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
Shipments Returned Back to Us:
We are not able to refund or reship orders that are returned to us if the cause was due to refusal or if you did not pick up your parcel in a reasonable amount of time. If an order has been returned to us, we will re-ship it back to you provided that you pay for return shipping expenses.
If an order was returned to us due to our own error, we will re-ship your order as promptly as possible and notify you of the situation.
Incorrect Shipments:
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible to receive authorization to return the affected item(s) back to us. Products must be un-opened and un-used, in original condition and returned within 14 days. We will email you a redemption code to use towards your next purchase on the items returned. We do not compensate shipping fees or international taxes.
